I have added three speeches I've recently given, a working paper and three published columns (also in working papers cause I forgot a published items button).

Havyatt Associates is a special purpose consultancy focussing on public policy aspects of telecommunications and media.  Special interest is placed on the suite of policy areas relating to the set of now fairly long run trends referred to by a number of names such as convergence, digital or internet economy, or internet or information society. 

The core capability of the consultancy is the skills and experience of the Principal, David Havyatt.

This site includes a brief statement of capabilities, some submissions and speeches I have prepared in the past, together with some working (and published) papers and a few source documents in Australian telecommunications policy history. 

I have also included some links, including to my blog and to my personal website.

PLEASE NOTE:  The resources of Havyatt Associates are fully committed till 31 August 2008.  There will be some changes to this site over this period as some further historical documents are added..
